Kallista is the only American luxury brand in its sector with a design-forward vision, marrying global inspiration with Kohler’s passion for innovation. The eclectic, ever-evolving artistic style is reflective of the country’s multicultural character. It is the aesthetic expression of a dynamic discourse between generations of artists who have come to the US from all over the world to assert their individuality and test their philosophies without censure. This creative melting pot of cultures, influences, and styles manifests in an unmistakable sensibility and a distinctive vision: American Contemporary.
The legacy of Kallista spans over 50 years and continues to tell a story of disciplined artistry, celebrating the product as a work of art with cutting-edge invention in new collections debuting at Index Saudi Arabia including: Guise, Bandeau, and 002. Kallista will also preview Collection extensions and new finishes.
Kallista was founded in 1979 by two European visionaries, Anthony Pontin and Norman Bell, who had the idea to break the white and chrome convention by offering plumbing products of superior design, style, and functionality. Acquired by Kohler Co. in the late 1980s, its luxury portfolio of faucets, fittings, tubs, and sinks flourished. Today, the award-winning designs are crafted in collaboration with independent artists and luxury brands such as Mick De Giulio, RAMSA, Workshop/APD, Laura Kirar, and more.
